She was more than a designated driver - she was an expert on the area, the wineries and the wines. She insured we enjoyed our experience to the maximum. She would guarantee we didn’t leave our glass behind. She even presented us with gifts at the end that filled in missing gaps in our goals. And together, we solved the mystery. Ten minutes into the trip, she was family -- or at least our new best friend. There were 11 of us all together, from Rochester, Watertown, and Columbus (OH). I just wanted to let you know that we all had a great time, thanks especially to our driver, Frank. Frank was wonderful and took care of everything for us. I’ve been on wine tours before, but I didn’t expect the level of service that Frank provided. The trip certainly surpassed our expectations. We’ve already decided to make this a yearly get-together, and we’ll be sure to make our arrangements through Quality Transportation next year. (Hopefully Frank will be available!) He was extremely knowledgeable and took us to the best wineries, some that weren't even listed in the research I had done prior to our trip. He gave us a great deal of helpful information on places to eat and other things to do in the area as well. We were all absolutely thrilled with our trip and are already making plans to come back again. We are very much looking forward to touring with Jack again. We thought it would be a good idea to have a driver while we toured the wineries. AAA suggested we use your company. Our driver was Frank. He was spectacular. He suggested great places for us to go. My sister and I have very different tastes when it comes to wine. Frank was able to suggest wineries that accommodated both of us.
